Halloween Checklist
Almost time for trick-or-treat.
Checklist just about complete:
☑ Zombie costume; tattered rags.
☑ Triple-XL candy bags.
☑ Perfect, practiced, wailing moans.
☑ Shuffling shambles. Grumbling groans.
☑ Morbid makeup: caked-on crud,
☑ Brushed-on bruises, bogus blood.
☑ Scars and scabs stuck on my face.
☑ My umbrella, just in case.
☑ Warm coat, warm hat, scarf, and mittens.
☐ Little sisters dressed as kittens.
